Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence professionally.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for team gatherings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Support the team with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and filing systems.
