Tanggung Jawab
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointment coordination for department heads
- Handle incoming communications including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to detail
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support team members with administrative tasks during peak operational periods
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
