Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners on procurement matters
- Support internal events, conferences, and company initiatives
- Perform general office duties and ensure the workplace remains clean and organized
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational background
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay languages
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work completion
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new processes and procedures
