Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and special administrative tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in data management.
