As our Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors. You will play a pivotal role in managing internal records, coordinating schedules, and supporting our teaching staff so they can focus on what they do best: nurturing our children. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk operations and provide a warm welcome to visitors, parents, and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, student records, and inventory logs for office and classroom supplies.
- Support the management team in scheduling appointments, meetings, and team briefings.
- Assist in the preparation of internal documentation, reports, and notice boards.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the facility remains well-maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about working in an educational or child-centric environment.
