Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and schedule internal meetings and coordinate calendars for senior management to ensure optimal time management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and postal mail, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Oversee office inventory and manage the procurement of office supplies, ensuring resources are available for all departments.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records for company operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation as required.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks to facilitate departmental goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region may be required.
