Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate supply procurement
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Support cross-departmental coordination and project administration
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
