Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics for the management team.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records with high accuracy.
  • Support various departments with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
