Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office correspondence, communications, and document filing systems
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct stakeholders appropriately
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Support payroll processing and employee record management
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
