Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the accounting team with daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry operations.
  • Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative records.
  • Handle general office administration, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare, process, and verify invoices, receipts, and payroll documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information flow.
  • Maintain accurate office inventory and manage supply orders as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
