Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of records
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary information
  • Support event planning and coordination for company activities and meetings
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity software
