Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of records
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary information
- Support event planning and coordination for company activities and meetings
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity software
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
