Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for administrative documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams with data entry, report preparation, and administrative coordination.
- Assist in managing vendor invoices, statements, and office correspondence.
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local office procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
