We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team for a temporary 3-month contract. This position is scheduled to run from June to August and is based in the Central Region.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, handling essential administrative functions to ensure the office runs smoothly. You will be tasked with managing schedules, coordinating communications, and organizing files. We are seeking a proactive professional who can assist with data management and general office support, contributing to a productive and organized work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including room bookings and agenda preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare, file, and maintain accurate records and documents.
- Assist with data entry and the maintenance of digital databases.
- Organize travel itineraries and arrange logistics as required.
- Provide general clerical support and assist with ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore.
