Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage the executive calendar effectively.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and general documentation as required by management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal staff inquiries.
  • Assist with inventory management, procurement processes, and office supplies ordering.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and basic accounting software.
