Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and handle general administrative tasks efficiently.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and client correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and arrange travel itineraries as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and general documentation accurately.
- Assist with procurement processes and inventory management where applicable.
- Support the HR department with recruitment tasks and onboarding processes.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or higher; Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
