In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative team, specifically focusing on Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Operations. We pride ourselves on operational efficiency and organization, and we need a proactive individual to help maintain our high standards. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing inventory records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to keep our projects on track. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end procurement process by sourcing vendors, issuing purchase orders, and tracking delivery status.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and stock control, including conducting regular stocktakes and updating digital databases.
  • Coordinate logistics schedules to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain organized, secure, and accessible filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Handle general office administration duties, including scheduling meetings, answering inquiries, and managing correspondence.
  • Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy and timely payment.
  • Support the Operations team with data entry, report generation, and general administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative support, procurement, or warehouse management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
