As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining administrative workflows, supporting our management team, and coordinating between departments. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses excellent communication skills. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email.
  • Support the production and logistics teams with scheduling and administrative coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a well-organized office workspace.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoice processing as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
