Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support the implementation of sustainable office practices
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and orientation processes

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
