Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Manage and track government licensing applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding office supplies and services.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong knowledge of government licensing procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
