Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Manage and track government licensing applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding office supplies and services.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong knowledge of government licensing procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
