Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems and digital records
  • Handle incoming/outgoing communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for office events
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
  • Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
