Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff and coordinate logistics as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the learning center
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as necessary
  • Support student enrollment processes and maintain student records with confidentiality
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
