Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff and coordinate logistics as needed
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the learning center
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as necessary
- Support student enrollment processes and maintain student records with confidentiality
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
