Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents efficiently.
- Assist project managers with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage internal calendars effectively.
- Handle basic procurement requests and assist with inventory checks.
- Prepare weekly or monthly operational reports as required by management.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment to support team productivity.
- Provide general office support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE āNā/āOā Level in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
