Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process vendor invoices and expense reports
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial documentation and maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Update accounting records using ERP software
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting/administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
