Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure high productivity.
- Handle incoming correspondence, email inquiries, and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and company appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos as required by management.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support the marketing team with basic data entry and coordination tasks.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
