StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Admin Assistant to join our fast‑paced office in the Central Region of Singapore. In this full‑time role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities and enabling the team to focus on core business objectives.

You will handle a variety of tasks such as managing calendars and travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, updating databases, and maintaining office supplies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will support the creation of reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation. By liaising with internal departments and external partners, you will help foster positive relationships and efficient communication across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including data entry and filing.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Support the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve administrative issues promptly.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent; preferably with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email management.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Detail‑oriented and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in the West/North region of Singapore.
