Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing checks, invoices, and financial vouchers with high accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing the office calendar, and coordinating internal communications.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing, documentation needs, and general inquiries.
- Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence as directed by management.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all company financial and sensitive documents at all times.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support efficient office operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in handling checks, invoices, and other financial or confidential documents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a corporate setting.
