In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly by providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Support departmental workflows to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve administrative bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO administrative or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Clark Freeport Zone.
- Proven ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
