Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Manage and oversee branch staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels, including ordering and tracking supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high-quality customer service
  • Prepare and generate regular reports, including sales, inventory, and KPI performance
  • Monitor and achieve branch KPIs and performance targets
  • Assist in budgeting, financial tracking, and cash flow management for the branch
  • Coordinate with headquarters and other branches for seamless operations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
