Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming provider calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate administrative records and databases.
- Assist with finance-related tasks such as data entry, billing support, and record organization.
- Coordinate office schedules and handle meeting logistics.
- Prepare and process documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc projects and general administrative duties.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or call handling role is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (on-site in Makati).
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
