Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the claims department
- Assist in processing and tracking of claims documentation
- Manage and organize filing systems, both physical and digital
- Coordinate communications between stakeholders regarding claim status
- Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence as needed
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate records of all claim-related documentation
- Assist in data entry and management of claim information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in claims processing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of claims processing procedures is advantageous
