Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both Mandarin and English.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding Freshmart operations and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies to ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Assist in inventory checks and support daily store operations when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking, Writing, and Reading) is essential.
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written).
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
