Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate delivery documentation including waybills, invoices, and tracking records
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely shipment dispatch
- Track and monitor delivery statuses, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and customer inquiries with proactive communication
- Prepare shipping orders and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Assist in monthly delivery report preparation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading and unloading processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of logistics software or inventory systems
