HKM HR Management Pte Ltd is currently seeking three (3) motivated Admin Assistants / Document Controllers to join our team in Alexandra North. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an MNC environment, supporting large-scale engineering projects and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and filed systematically.
- Handle incoming and outgoing project correspondence, transmittals, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support project managers and engineering teams.
- Prepare periodic reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal document control procedures.
- Assist in general office administrative duties including data entry and scheduling.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or NITEC in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in document control or administration within the Construction/M&E industry preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week in the Alexandra North area.
