HKM HR Management Pte Ltd is currently seeking three (3) motivated Admin Assistants / Document Controllers to join our team in Alexandra North. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an MNC environment, supporting large-scale engineering projects and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

As a Document Controller, you will act as the backbone of our project documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all records. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this full-time role.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and filed systematically.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing project correspondence, transmittals, and technical drawings.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support project managers and engineering teams.
  • Prepare periodic reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal document control procedures.
  • Assist in general office administrative duties including data entry and scheduling.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or NITEC in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in document control or administration within the Construction/M&E industry preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work a 5-day work week in the Alexandra North area.
