Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the daily office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and faxes.
- Prepare, organize, and archive documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the team's daily activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
