Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the 'Handyman Can Help' service teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for service requests and client billing.
  • Prepare routine reports on service completion and operational performance for management.
  • Assist in managing vendor relations and office supplies procurement.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects to improve operational workflows.

Kualifikasi
