Tanggung Jawab
- Manage designated product portfolios and oversee order replenishment between suppliers, factories, and principals
- Coordinate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Process purchase orders and track delivery schedules for timeliness
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate replenishment reports
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and supply issues
- Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Assist in analyzing inventory trends and recommending process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or inventory management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous
