In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our Line Maintenance operations, ensuring seamless administrative coordination, precise repair tracking, and efficient maintenance scheduling.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for Line Maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Track and manage repair requests and maintenance schedules, coordinating between engineering teams and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, parts inventory, and work orders using standard office software.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting materials for departmental briefings.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the aviation, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with aviation terminology and Line Maintenance processes is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and job management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict safety and operational protocols.
