Shopee is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant for our SPX Express Operations team in Bustos, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local logistics hub, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly to support our rapid delivery operations.

As an Admin Assistant, you will play a critical role in data management, reporting, and daily operational support. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative logistics networks in Southeast Asia, gaining invaluable experience in supply chain operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain accurate daily operational logs and update internal databases regarding package movement and delivery status.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, including staff attendance and hub throughput.
  • Coordinate with local delivery partners and internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Assist in the procurement and monitoring of office and hub supplies to ensure continuous operations.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing administrative communications and document filing with high attention to confidentiality.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist the Operations Manager in optimizing hub efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the SPX Express team as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Filipino and English.
  • Willingness to be based in Bustos, Bulacan, and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
