Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment and operations team.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in accurate data entry and the management of candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews or meetings between consultants and clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner.
- Prepare and format documents, including resumes and reports, for internal use.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Support ad-hoc operational projects as assigned by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a recognized Diploma or Degree program (open to all disciplines).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between work and studies.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Residing in or able to commute easily to the West Coast area.
