Straevon Global Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that documentation, vendor communication, and office administrative tasks are executed with precision and efficiency.

You will work closely with our senior management team, providing the support necessary to drive our construction projects to completion. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all project-related documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track delivery schedules and verify shipping documentation.
  • Support the daily office administration tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and front-desk support when required.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reconciling physical stock with procurement records.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all procurement procedures align with project timelines.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management meetings regarding procurement activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents professionally.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while functioning effectively within a team.
