Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and meeting logistics for the Project Management team
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence with internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain organized project files, databases, and digital documentation systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related communications
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, providing status updates to team members
- Handle office supplies inventory management and vendor coordination
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
