Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including client check-in/check-out procedures
- Coordinate and maintain accurate client appointment schedules
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain organized client records and confidential documentation
- Support office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Collaborate with therapy team to ensure smooth client transitions
- Manage office supplies equipment and maintain reception area cleanliness
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in administrative or reception roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
