Join All Industrial Manufacturing as a dynamic Admin Assistant/Sales Coordinator and become the backbone of our customer operations. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless transaction experiences from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, including quotation follow-ups, order processing, and delivery coordination while maintaining meticulous documentation. As our customers' primary point of contact, you'll deliver exceptional after-sales support, resolve inquiries promptly, and identify opportunities to enhance service quality. Additionally, you'll play a key role in driving product adoption by introducing new innovations to our client base through targeted communication and demonstrations. This position offers a unique blend of administrative precision and customer relationship building in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and related requirements with customers to ensure timely processing
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support including troubleshooting, returns, and service coordination
  • Introduce new products to customers through presentations, demonstrations, and targeted outreach
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to fulfill customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and sales documentation (contracts, invoices, correspondence)
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate delivery timelines and potential delays
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and service enhancements

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years in administrative or sales coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
