ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant for a 12-month contract in the Central Region. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team within a leading global workforce solutions company. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex administrative tasks and ensuring seamless office operations. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with a high degree of professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
  • Handle all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itinerary management.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Receive and screen incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the organization of company events, team-building activities, and internal workshops.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases with precision.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc projects and administrative requests as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels in any discipline; Secretarial Diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant administrative certifications are a plus.
