Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily site operations and streamline administrative workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors, handling inquiries promptly.
- Provide high-level executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Handle financial tracking, including billing, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and update resident databases regularly.
- Assist in organizing company events and general office activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in administration or property management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
