Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate office meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for department heads.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentation materials.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative requests to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and internal standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to commit to the full 3-6 month contract duration.
