Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations for warehouse headquarters including document processing and record-keeping
- Coordinate inventory documentation and stock control procedures
- Facilitate communication between warehouse staff, management, and external partners
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain office supply inventory
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for warehouse team
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining compliance documentation
- Provide backup support for reception duties and visitor management
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
