Your Role: As an Admin Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining important records, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing essential support to various departments. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively will contribute to the smooth running of our office. You will handle data entry, manage files, coordinate meetings, and assist with correspondence. We rely on our administrative staff to keep things on track, and your contributions will be valued and recognized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with daily operational tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling office supplies.
- Support team members by processing documentation, data entry, and administrative requests.
- Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate workflow and information sharing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Provide general clerical support to management and other staff as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
