As an Admin Associate, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring that our Parts & Service team has the support they need to deliver top-notch service to our customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Billing Management: Process, verify, and reconcile billing documents and invoices accurately and on time.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in tracking parts inventory and service records to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Document Management: Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
  • General Office Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and maintain office supplies.
  • Data Entry: Input data into ERP or accounting systems with high precision and report discrepancies.
  • Coordination: Support the Parts & Service team with scheduling and administrative coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor.
