Tanggung Jawab
- Billing Management: Process, verify, and reconcile billing documents and invoices accurately and on time.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking parts inventory and service records to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- General Office Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and maintain office supplies.
- Data Entry: Input data into ERP or accounting systems with high precision and report discrepancies.
- Coordination: Support the Parts & Service team with scheduling and administrative coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor.
