Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance schedules for store facilities and building infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate logs of facility repairs, equipment status, and maintenance expenditure.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to store management, including documentation and report preparation.
- Assist in the procurement of office and store maintenance supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and address health, safety, and security requirements within the assigned premises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or facility coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle competing priorities.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relations and basic inventory systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support and team collaboration.
